Catching Up on Dreams Turned to Reality

Inspiration filled the air at the Sunshine Place on February 3 as SM Foundation alumni reunited to share how their dreams turned into reality. Everyone was thrilled to hear each memorable story of triumph.

"I have worked in one of the biggest auditing firms in the country and is currently working in the corporate world as a CPA specializing in taxation for more than five years now,” shared Azenith Evangeline G. Dulay, a batch 2011 graduate of BS Accountancy from Far Eastern University. “I am now able to help my family by sending my younger brother to school and helping my parents in our household finances."

Laughter and tears of joy marked everyone’s faces as they recounted their journey to achieve their dreams. Many are now teachers, IT professionals, junior executives, engineers and they carry a certain confidence and sense of achievement which was quite different when they first applied to be SM Foundation’s scholar. The get-together was also a planning meeting for the grand reunion scheduled this year.
